We have our office and workspace at Plot No-202 in the Hasti Industrial Estate, which is part of the M.I.D.C. area. Industrial estates like this one are always full of activity, with trucks backing into loading bays and the sound of metal hitting metal coming from the neighboring units. Our plot is a decent size, and we have been here long enough that the gate is starting to show a bit of rust. We deal with some pretty heavy equipment, so the floor is made of thick concrete that has seen its fair share of scuffs and oil stains over the years. Inside the office section, it is mostly just metal desks and filing cabinets filled with technical manuals and blueprints. It gets quite hot in the afternoons when the sun beats down on the industrial roof, so we usually have the fans running at full speed. There isn't much in the way of decoration on the walls, maybe just a calendar and some safety notices. Most of the staff are usually out in the yard or visiting customer sites, so the office can be a bit quiet during the middle of the day. We have a small area where we keep our tools and spare parts organized. It is a straightforward industrial setup where the focus is entirely on the machinery we handle and making sure everything is in working order for the next project. We keep a cooler with water in the corner for the workers when they come in from the heat.
