Padmasetu Consoft Private Limited

Our office for Padmasetu Consoft Private Limited is in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. We are in Sector-19, at a building called Moreshwar Dham. The address is Flat A-101 on Plot No 03. It’s a pretty standard apartment building, so the office feels a bit like a home, which we actually prefer. Kamothe is a developing area and it’s been interesting to see it change over the years. Our space is not very big, and we’ve had to get creative with how we arrange the furniture to make sure everyone has enough room for their monitors. We don't have a fancy conference room, so we usually just gather around someone's desk when we need to talk about something. The building is generally quiet, which is good for focusing. We’ve got a small balcony where we keep some spare chairs, but it’s mostly just filled with files. Most of the people here live around Navi Mumbai or Raigarh, so we’re all locals. We don't go in for big corporate speeches or polished presentations. We’re just a practical team doing software and consulting work in a quiet corner of Sector-19. It’s a simple, no-frills environment where the work is the main focus. There’s a nice sense of community in the building, and we like being part of a regular neighborhood rather than a sterile office park.
