Our office is located in CBD Belapur, specifically in Office No. 709 of the Prabhat Centre Annex in Sector 1a. It’s a busy business area, so there are always people moving around between the different buildings and shops. We’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Santechs Corporation isn't a massive enterprise with thousands of employees or a glass boardroom. We are a smaller crew that focuses on getting things right for the clients who find their way to our door on the seventh floor. The office is functional and simple. We have the usual setup: computers, some metal filing cabinets, and a small corner area where we can have a quick lunch or some tea. We don't go for flashy decor or expensive furniture to impress anyone. We'd rather spend that money on better tools or just keeping the office running smoothly. Working in Belapur means dealing with the daily commute, but we like being in this part of Navi Mumbai. It feels like things are always happening here. We don't write big manifestos about our values or our vision. We just show up on time, answer the phones, and try to solve the technical problems that people bring to us. If something is broken, we tell you straight. If it's working, we tell you that too. It’s a very matter-of-fact way of doing business, which is how we prefer it. We finish our tasks, pack our bags, and head out when the day is done.
