Our shop is B1 on Plot B110 in the Ganga Jamuna building, over in Sector 23 of Nerul East. It’s a small corner of the housing society. We’ve been here for years, and most people in the complex know us. We spend our time booking buses, cars, and trips for whoever walks in. It’s a lot of sitting and typing. We don’t have a big team or a call center. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. We have stacks of old itineraries and bus schedules on the desks. It’s not a very polished place. We have a few chairs for people to sit while we look things up on the screen. Nerul is a busy place, and there’s always someone needing to get to the airport or a wedding in another town. We don’t do big marketing campaigns. We just put a sign out front and wait for people to come by. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait to finish a booking. That’s just life here. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. We know the roads and the operators pretty well after all this time. It’s just a local travel shop doing what we can for the neighborhood. We don’t claim to be the biggest, but we show up and do the work. It’s a quiet life in Nerul, just managing one trip at a time.
