Vicky Travels is basically run out of our spot in Gangotri Apartment over in Nerul Sector 3. It's a quiet enough area, though things pick up when people start planning their trips. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at schedules on the computer screen. The office isn't anything special, just a room with some desks and a lot of maps pinned up. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered with papers and old receipts, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Nerul means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people; it's just a small team trying to keep things moving. A lot of our day is spent checking on bookings and making sure the drivers know where they’re supposed to be. It can be stressful when a flight is delayed or someone changes their mind last minute, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been in this apartment for a while now and the neighbors don’t seem to mind the occasional visitor. It feels more like a home office than a proper corporate suite, which suits us just fine. We don't have fancy brochures or a lobby with coffee. Usually, it's just us and a few chairs for anyone who drops by to talk about their travel plans. It’s straightforward work and we try to keep it that way without making things too complicated for anyone.
