Universal Exports

Out in Sector 63 of Nerul West, you’ll find Universal Exports. We’re located in a part of Navi Mumbai that feels a bit more open than the crowded streets of the main city. Our office is where we handle the day-to-day business of exporting. It’s a quiet enough spot, which helps when we have to concentrate on all the small details that come with international trade. We aren't a huge operation. It’s just a few of us sitting around desks, keeping track of where things are and where they’re going. The commute here is usually okay, and there’s a bit of a breeze sometimes because we’re on the west side. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have a lot of maps and schedules. Most of our work is about solving problems before they happen, like checking if a ship is on time or if the paperwork is filled out correctly. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things organized, even when the desk gets covered in papers. It’s a steady kind of job. We like being in Nerul because it’s a bit more relaxed, but we still work hard to get things done. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families when the day is finally over.
