Our office is at number 125 in Arenja Arcade, over in Sector 17 of Vashi. If you’ve spent any time in Navi Mumbai, you know that Vashi is a bit more spaced out than the main city, but Sector 17 still gets pretty crowded. Arenja Arcade is a busy building with all sorts of businesses, and we’ve been here for a good while. We handle exports, so there is always some kind of logistical puzzle we are trying to solve. The office itself is pretty simple—desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We don’t really go for the high-end office decor; we just need a place that works for us. Finding parking around here is usually a nightmare, so most of us just take the bus or walk from the station. The atmosphere in the arcade is always humming with people going back and forth. We spend a lot of time talking to customs agents and freight forwarders. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work, making sure things are on time. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, which is frustrating, but we manage to get through it. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group working out of this one room. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We like being in Vashi because it feels a bit more organized than some other parts of the region, even if it has its own set of daily headaches.
