Nakoda Plasto Coats Pvt. Ltd. is over at A-578 in the Trans Thane Creek Industrial Area, right near the Mahape Circle. If you’re familiar with the Mahape MIDC or Ghansoli area, you’ve probably passed by this part of the industrial estate. We spend our time working on various coating processes for plastic parts. It’s a messy job sometimes, with all the materials and equipment we use, but someone has to do it. The air inside always smells a bit like chemicals and paint, which is just part of the trade. We’ve been located here for a good while, and the neighborhood is full of other industrial shops just like ours. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or big glass offices. Usually, you’ll just find us on the floor checking the machines or making sure the latest batch is coming out right. It gets hot in the summer, especially with the machinery running all day long. We just keep the fans going and get through the shift. People from the nearby companies often stop by to chat or ask about a specific job. It’s a very practical place where the work is the main focus. We aren't really into big marketing campaigns. We just do the coating work, pack it up, and get it sent out to whoever ordered it. It’s straightforward work and we’ve gotten pretty used to the rhythm of the MIDC life, including the local tea stalls we visit.
