Jay Coating Pvt. Ltd. is based over in the TTC Industrial Area in Thane. Our specific address is D75/1, and we’re right along Jilapur Road in the Turbhe section. It is a very industrial part of town, so there are always trucks and heavy machinery moving around. Our building is a bit older, and you can tell we’ve done a lot of work here over the years. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find us in the back or at our desks surrounded by files. The noise from the street is something you just get used to after a week or so. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture because that’s not what we are about. It’s a functional space for a functional business. The summers get pretty hot inside the shed, but we have a few fans going to keep the air moving. Most of the guys who work here have been with us for a long time. We know the other business owners on Jilapur Road and sometimes we help each other out with small things. It’s a rough and ready kind of place, but it works for what we do. We don't have any big speeches about what we do, we just get the jobs finished and sent out to whoever needs them. It's just a normal workplace for us.
