Marutnandan Tea Co.

Marutnandan Tea Co. is tucked away in the APMS Market 1, over in Phase 2 in Vashi. We are at Plot No. G-18, which is pretty close to the Kirana Bazar. If you’ve ever been to this part of Vashi, you know it’s where all the bulk stuff happens. The market is always loud with trucks coming and going and people shouting about prices. Our shop is right in the middle of that energy. We deal with tea every single day, mostly just moving bags around and making sure the local shops get what they need. It’s a practical place. We don’t have air conditioning or fancy chairs, just a lot of tea and some sturdy tables for work. The Kirana Bazar nearby keeps us on our toes because there is always someone looking for something. We start early, usually before the sun gets too hot, to get the heavy lifting out of the way. It’s a lot of back and forth between the storage and the front. You’ll see us covered in a bit of dust sometimes, but that’s just the nature of working in a big wholesale market like this one. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just supply tea to the people who ask for it and try to keep our spot at G-18 organized enough to find things. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy.
