Lucid Ice Cubes Co. operates out of Plot No. Pap/A-108 in the TTC Industrial Area. We are located in the MIDC section of Khairne. This isn't a retail shop where people come to sit down. It’s more of a production space. We make ice cubes for various needs around the area. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by large factories and warehouses. It’s not a pretty place, but it’s where we do our daily work. We have a good routine down after all this time. The machines are running most of the time to keep up with the demand for ice. We have a few small trucks that handle the deliveries to different parts of the city. My team and I focus on making sure the water is clean and the ice is frozen solid. It’s a very cold environment to work in, which is a bit strange when it’s so hot outside in Khairne. We don't have a front office with a receptionist or any fancy furniture. Usually, if someone needs to talk to us, they just call or come to the side door and yell for one of us. We have been at this MIDC location for several years now. The roads around here can be pretty rough with all the heavy trucks passing by, but we've gotten used to the bumps. We don't do any marketing or sales pitches. Our business comes from long-term contacts and people who know we are here when they need ice. It’s straightforward work. We make the ice, we bag it, and we send it out. That's the whole story for us. We just keep the machines cold.
