Our facility is located at Plot No-C 207 in the TTC Industrial Area, specifically in MIDC Pawane, Thane. Leena Ice & Cold Storage Pvt Ltd is basically a warehouse where we keep things frozen. It’s a heavy industrial zone, so it’s all about trucks, loading docks, and big machinery around here. We’ve been operating out of this MIDC plot for quite some time. The building is large because we need the space for the cold rooms. It’s not the kind of place people visit for fun. It’s a place for work. Most of our days are spent checking temperatures and moving pallets around. It’s cold inside, as you’d expect, so we’re always wearing jackets even when it’s hot in Thane. We don't have a fancy front office or anything. It's mostly just the warehouse and a small space for the paperwork. The roads in the industrial area can be a bit rough with all the heavy traffic. We know the other business owners nearby. We all just focus on our own operations. There isn't any marketing fluff here. We just provide storage space for people who need it. It’s a practical business in a practical location. We keep the machines running and the storage at the right temperature. It’s a simple routine we follow every day. We’ve been here long enough that the sounds of the industrial area just feel normal to us now.
