Laheta Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is located at R-805 in the Midc Rabale Ttc area, right off the Thane-Belapur Road. It is a very busy industrial zone. We spend our time here dealing with different engineering projects that come our way from all over. The traffic on Thane-Belapur Road can be a real nightmare sometimes in the evenings, but once you get inside R-805, it is all about the work. We have our machinery set up in a way that works for us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. It is not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. We have a lot of tools and metal parts lying around on every surface. At Laheta Engineers Pvt. Ltd., we just focus on the task. Whether it is a small part or a larger assembly, we give it our full attention until it is done. The staff here are mostly local people who have been doing this for a long time and know the trade. We do not have a lot of meetings or long presentations. We just talk about what needs to be done for the day and then we go and do it.
