Keppel Fels Offshore Marine Ltd is located in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. We’re over in Sector-7, tucked into the Saptrang Chs building. It’s a busy part of the city, and being in Navi Mumbai means we are close to where a lot of the action happens. The office isn't huge, but we pack a lot into it. We deal with a lot of maritime and offshore stuff, so there’s always someone on the phone or looking at diagrams. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the fans going and everyone talking at once. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but we’re still here in the same building. Most of us catch the train or drive in through the morning rush. It’s a standard workspace—desks, chairs, and too much tea. We don't go in for all that corporate talk you hear these days. We just focus on the projects we have on our plates. It’s about getting the details right and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but that’s just part of the job. We know our way around the industry and we just get on with it without making a fuss. It’s just how we operate. No fancy mission statements, just people doing work and trying to keep the schedules on track for everyone involved.
