Geotel Hr Services is the kind of place where the phone never really stops ringing. Even though we don't have a specific physical address listed for everyone to see right now, we are very much active and busy every single day. Most of our work involves talking to people who are looking for jobs or companies that need a bit of help finding staff. It is a lot of coordination and keeping track of resumes that seem to pile up on the desks. We spend a lot of time on calls and staring at screens trying to match the right person to the right spot. It can be quite tiring but there is a certain rhythm to it that we have gotten used to over the years. Some days are slower than others and that is when we catch up on the filing and the stuff we ignored during the busy week. We don't really have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a handful of us working through the lists and making sure we don't miss any messages. The coffee machine is probably the most important piece of equipment in the office because we go through a lot of it while sorting through candidates. It is straightforward work but it takes a lot of patience to deal with all the different personalities we come across. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything organized as best as we can.
