Since we deal mostly with fleet management, a lot of our work happens through email and on the phone. You’ll see those email addresses, santosh_kp555 at rediffmail and yaho, that’s how we stay in touch with most people. Santosh is usually the one handling the messages. We don't really have a big public storefront where people walk in off the street. It’s more about keeping track of the cars and drivers from wherever we are sitting that day. Managing a fleet of vehicles is a lot of spreadsheets and quick phone calls to see where everyone is. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes there are problems with a vehicle or a driver that we have to fix fast. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and making sure the maintenance is done on time. It’s a lot of practical work that doesn't need a fancy office with leather chairs. We just need a good internet connection and a phone that doesn't run out of battery. Dealing with transportation can be a headache sometimes, especially with traffic and all, but we’ve been doing this for a while now. Most of the day is just checking the inbox and making sure the clients are getting what they need without any big delays. It’s a small operation but it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. There isn't much more to it than that, really.
