We are Adecco Staffing Solutions, and you can find us over in Nerul West, Navi Mumbai. Our office is located in B-8 /204, inside the Shree Ganesha Apartments in Sector-28. It is a pretty quiet residential area, so it does not feel like you are in a big corporate zone at all. Working out of an apartment building gives our day a very different feel. You see the neighbors coming in with their groceries or heading out for a walk while we are inside trying to find people jobs. We deal with staffing, which is basically just matching people who need work with the companies that are looking for new workers. It involves a lot of phone calls and looking through piles of resumes. Some days are really busy with people coming in and out for chats, and other days we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. Sector-28 is a nice, calm part of Navi Mumbai. It has a bit of open space, which is pretty rare for this part of the world. Shree Ganesha Apartments is a decent, older building. We have been in room 204 for a while now. We do not have any big marketing speeches to give. We just try to help people find a way to get a decent paycheck. It is a simple goal. Sometimes it works out perfectly, and sometimes it takes more time. We just keep at it every day.
