Our office is situated up on the 17th floor of The Corporate Park in Vashi, specifically in units 1706 to 1709. It's a big building near Plot No 14 - 15 in Sector -18, and we have enough space there to handle all the rental side of our business. Managing heavy equipment involves a lot of paperwork and constant phone calls, so being in this part of town works out well for our logistics. Most of the day is spent coordinating where the machines need to go and making sure they actually get back on time in one piece. It gets pretty hectic around here, especially when multiple construction projects are starting up at once and everyone needs gear at the same time. We deal with all sorts of machinery, and keeping track of the maintenance and schedules is a full-time job for the whole crew. You can see quite a bit of the city from our windows, but mostly we are just looking at our own schedules and messy desks. We aren't the type of place that cares about being flashy or corporate. We just want to make sure when someone needs a piece of equipment, it’s ready to go. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow in the morning, which is a headache, but once we’re at the desks, it’s all systems go. We have a mix of people here, some who have been in the rental business for decades and some newer faces just learning the ropes.
