Friends Equipment

We are situated in the Ideal Trade Centre, right in Sector-11 of CBD Belapur. Being near the K Star Hotel makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic around here can be a real headache in the evenings. We’ve got two spots, No. 3 and No. 128, so we’re spread out a bit. Most of the day is spent handling equipment requests. People come in looking for tools or machinery for their construction sites or workshops. The office is always full of people talking at once and the sound of the printer going off. It’s not a quiet place. We’ve got stacks of invoices and equipment logs piled up on the counters. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time on the phone than actually touching the gear. We know most of the regulars by their first names and they know we’ll just give it to them straight about what’s available. It’s a bit cramped when we get a big shipment in, but we make it work. The elevators in the trade centre can be slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s just a normal office in a busy part of town. We don't bother with anything fancy. If a machine works, it works, and that’s what we care about at the end of the day. It’s just business as usual for us here.
