Sai Yash Earthmovers

Sai Yash Earthmovers has an office at number 75 in the Agrawal Trade Centre. This is over in Plot No. 62, Sector 11 of CBD Belapur. It’s a big commercial building, so there are always people rushing around in the hallways. We’re just one of many businesses in the center. The office is a decent size for what we need. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of folders full of site plans. CBD Belapur is a busy hub, so getting here is easy enough with the train station nearby. We spend our mornings checking the site reports and talking to the operators. The trade center has a decent cafeteria downstairs where we usually grab a quick lunch. It’s a bit more formal than a yard office, but we still keep it simple. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a small team trying to keep the earthmoving projects on track. The lights in the office are a bit bright, but they help when we’re looking at small print on the contracts. Sometimes we stay late when a project is hitting a deadline. It’s just how the business goes. We don't really do much besides work and manage the equipment from this spot. It’s a practical location that puts us right in the middle of things, which is exactly where we need to be to keep everything running.
