We are located in CBD Belapur, right in Sector 4 at the B-10/3 building. Being near the water and the big ports makes sense for what we do. Our days are mostly filled with paperwork, tracking numbers, and talking to drivers on their mobile phones. The office is usually a bit of a mess with files and shipping schedules pinned to the walls. It is not a corporate high-rise, just a functional space where we try to keep track of where everything is going. Logistics can be a headache when things get delayed at the docks or the roads are blocked, but we try to manage it. We drink a lot of tea here to stay alert, especially when there are long days to cover. People come in and out all day, mostly delivery guys or people checking on their cargo. We have been operating out of this Belapur spot for quite a while, so we know the local routes and the shortcuts to avoid the worst traffic. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the stamps are in the right place on the documents. We don't use big words or try to act like we are a global giant. We are just a local team making sure boxes get from one point to another without getting lost in the shuffle. It's a lot of mundane work that keeps everything else moving along. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to do everything by hand on paper until it comes back. It is frustrating but we manage somehow.
