Ashtasiddhi Engg Works

Ashtasiddhi Engg Works is located out in Airoli, at Sector 1 in the Cidco Service Industries area. Airoli has grown a lot lately, but the service industry sector still feels like the old Navi Mumbai. We are at unit number 10. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the workshop downstairs and a small mezzanine where we keep the paperwork and some of the smaller parts. It gets quite warm in there during the summer months, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. We do a lot of basic engineering and fabrication work. It isn't glamorous, and it involves a lot of heavy lifting and getting our hands dirty. Most of our tools have some wear and tear on them, but they get the job done just fine. We usually start the day around nine and keep going until the work is finished. There’s a lot of coming and going in the sector with trucks and deliveries, so it’s never really quiet. We don't have a big list of goals or anything fancy. We just focus on showing up on time and making sure the parts we make are the right size. It’s a simple life in a busy part of Navi Mumbai, and we’re quite alright with that. We just do our thing and let the world go by while we work on our projects.
