Ajanta Arts & Co.

Ajanta Arts & Co. is spread across Shops 2, 3, and 4 in the Gurudev Chamber. We are right in Sector-8 of Kalamboli, not too far from the Hindustan Bank. Having three shops joined together means we have a bit more space, but it still feels cramped with all the materials we have to store. We’ve been here for a long time, watching the neighborhood change around us. Kalamboli is a busy place, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We spend most of our time working on different art projects and signage. It’s not a quiet job. There is always the sound of someone cutting something or the smell of fresh ink. We get all sorts of people walking in, from shop owners to regular folks looking for something small. We don't really have a big corporate setup. It’s just us doing the work manually for the most part. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times it’s a bit slower and we just sit and talk. The counter is usually piled high with papers and sketches. It’s a bit of a chaotic way to work, but it seems to suit us just fine. We just try to stay honest and do what we can for the people who come to us. We enjoy being a part of the local community in Sector-8.
