Metaglow Industries

This is our industrial unit out in Mahape Ghansoli. We are at Plot A-567 in the MIDC area. It is a big industrial zone with lots of factories and trucks moving around all day. The air always smells a bit like metal and grease around here. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard industrial plot with high ceilings. We have the machines running from early morning until late evening. It gets quite loud inside when everything is turned on at once. We all wear our work gear and just get on with the production. The floor is concrete and we have big fans trying to keep the place cool during the summer. Lunch is usually spent at one of the small food stalls just outside the main gate. It's a long commute for some of us to get out here to Mahape every day. We’ve been operating from this plot for several years. There is always a lot of heavy lifting and moving crates around. The trucks come to pick up the loads in the late afternoon. We don’t have a fancy office, just a small desk in the corner with a computer for the paperwork. Most of our time is spent on the floor watching the machines. It’s hard work and the days are long. When the power goes out, we just sit outside on the steps and wait for it to come back to life. That is just how things go in this part of town.
