Solas Marine Services Pvt Ltd

We are located in the TTC Industrial Area in Turbhe, specifically in Building No. C-440/1. It’s a big industrial zone, so there is always noise and trucks moving around. Solas Marine Services has been in this spot for quite a while now. We handle a lot of safety gear and marine servicing stuff. It’s not the most glamorous work, checking life rafts or fire extinguishers, but it has to be done. The warehouse gets pretty hot during the summer months, and the fans never seem to do enough to keep us cool. We have a routine down, though. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we don't need to talk much to know who is doing what. We get stuff shipped in, we check it over, and then it goes back out to the ships. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of dates and certificates. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a solid, working-class business in the middle of a busy industrial belt. Sometimes the traffic in Navi Mumbai makes deliveries a real headache, but we manage somehow. You’ll usually find someone in the office handling the logs while the rest of us are on the floor. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a fancy lobby or free coffee, just a place where work gets handled and we try to do it right every time. It's dusty and loud, but it's where we belong.
