Thinking Minds Staffing Solutions

We are located at Flat No 23 in the Rushiraj Residency in Krushinagar, Nasik. It’s a quiet part of town, which is good for what we do at Thinking Minds Staffing Solutions. The office is up on one of the higher floors, so we get a decent view of the surroundings. It’s a simple apartment that we’ve turned into our workspace. There’s a small balcony where we sometimes stand to take phone calls or just clear our heads. Nasik is a nice city to work in because it’s not as frantic as Mumbai or Pune. We have a couple of computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and a lot of notebooks. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. If the doorbell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to open it. We spend most of our time on the phone or on our laptops. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We’ve been in this building for a few years now and it feels like home. We usually start our day around nine and wrap up by six. There’s a small market nearby where we get snacks or stationary. It’s a very basic setup, but it’s all we need to get the job done. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We just try to stay organized and keep the files in order so nothing gets lost.
