Personnel Forum A Division Of Metric Consultancy Ltd

Personnel Forum is based at 261/4 in Ravi Nagar. We are part of the Eme Housing Society in the Vijay Nagar area of Deolali, Nasik. It’s a very residential setting, so it doesn’t feel like a high-pressure office environment at all. We are a division of Metric Consultancy Ltd, but we mostly just do our own thing here. The building is a bit older and has that classic Nasik charm. We have a few rooms where we sit and go through paperwork or talk to people. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. It’s more like a home that has been rearranged for business. We have a small garden area outside the society building where we can sit for a few minutes if the weather is nice. Deolali is a peaceful place, and we try to reflect that in how we work. We don't have a lot of rules about what people wear or when exactly they take their lunch. As long as the work gets finished, everyone is happy. We’ve been here for quite some time, and most of the people in Ravi Nagar know who we are. We don't do a lot of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the society. It’s a steady, honest way to run things. We often have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things other than work to relax.
