Placement Services

Our office is in Flat No. 7, Building No. 3, within the Rongta Township in Rajeev Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of Nashik, you know it’s a growing area with lots of new buildings. We’re tucked away in one of those residential townships. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a crowded commercial hub. For Placement Services, we don't need much—just some chairs for people to sit in, a couple of computers, and a phone that rings quite a bit. The vibe here is very informal. People come in looking for work or needing help with their papers, and we just sit down and talk. There’s no big corporate desk between us and the people who visit. We might offer a glass of water or tea while we go through things. The township is usually pretty quiet during the day, which helps us focus. We aren't experts in big business talk; we just use plain English and try to be helpful. Sometimes we’re a bit slow with the paperwork if things get busy, but we eventually get through it all. It’s a small, local operation. We like being in Rajeev Nagar because it feels like a community. We know the security guards at the gate and the other people living in Building 3. It’s just us, doing what we do, in a simple apartment in Nashik. We’ve been here for a while and don’t plan on moving to a big office anytime soon.
