Yogesh Hinge

The quarters are numbered, and you get to know your neighbors well because everyone is part of the same community. My place is Type-Iiib-327. It’s a standard township house where I’ve set up my work area. It’s quiet out here compared to Nashik city or Mumbai. You have trees and open spaces. I don’t have a commercial storefront with a neon sign. It’s just Yogesh Hinge operating from home. Most of my day is spent right here, looking out at the township roads. It’s a peaceful environment for getting things done. I don’t use any corporate language because that’s not who I am. I’m just a guy working from his allotted space in Ojhar. Sometimes I have to travel into the main city for supplies, but I’m always happy to come back to the quiet of the HAL area. It’s a simple life. I follow my own schedule and keep track of my own work. There’s no big team or middle management. It’s just a direct and honest way to live and work in this part of Maharashtra. I am happy with how things are going so far. It is just day-to-day effort.
