The Light House It Solutions

The Light House It Solutions is located at A2 Chaudhari Plaza in Rajiv Nagar. It’s a fairly busy plaza with a lot of different shops around us. We chose this spot because it’s easy for people to drop by when their laptops are acting up or they need some software installed. Our office is a simple one, with a couple of workbenches and plenty of monitors. It’s usually just us and a few tools. We handle all sorts of IT problems, from fixing broken hardware to setting up small networks for other businesses nearby. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes you’re staring at a screen for hours just to find one little error in the system. We aren't a big chain; we’re just a local team that knows our way around a motherboard. Rajiv Nagar is a good place to be, there’s always something going on outside the window of the plaza. We try to keep things straightforward with our customers. If something can’t be fixed, we just tell them straight. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon that nobody understands. We just explain what the issue is and get to work fixing it. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just us and the machines, trying to make things work better for the people who come in.
