We are over in Nashik at Hno. 692 in the Bidi Kamgar area. It’s right behind the A;Dham building in V'Hatb. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but once you find the lane, it’s easy. It’s a typical Nashik neighborhood with houses and small businesses all mixed together. Our office is just a regular building where we’ve set up our tech equipment. The rooms aren't very big, so we have to be careful with how we arrange the desks so we don't trip over cables. There is always someone coming or going in the street outside, and you can hear the local sounds all day long. We have a small crew and we’ve known each other for a long time. The work involves a lot of sitting and looking at code or talking to clients, so we try to keep things relaxed. We have a small kettle for tea and usually someone brings in some biscuits in the afternoon. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit or a tie. We just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to it. The area has its own rhythm, and we’ve been part of that for a while now. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat or ask for help with something simple. It’s a very local feel in this part of town. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that hanging on the walls. We just have a list of things to do every day and we stay until they're finished. It works for us.
