We work out of Classic Archede, which is a bit of a funny name for the building. It’s located at survey numbers 307/B and 308/A. The address is a bit confusing for delivery drivers, but we’re used to it. The space we have isn't huge, but it's enough for the handful of us who work here. We do web solutions, which is a broad way of saying we build and fix things on the internet. It’s a lot of trial and error some days. We don't have a big fancy sign or a front desk. You just walk in and you'll see us at our desks. There’s usually a lot of paper scattered around and a few half-empty water bottles. We aren't the most organized people when it comes to the office space, but we know where everything is on our computers. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but it's a good kind of energy. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. Most of our planning happens while we're waiting for the kettle to boil. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job of it. No one here wears a suit or talks in that weird corporate language. We just speak plain English and get on with things. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place, and that’s how we like to keep it every single day.
