We handle organic produce and try to help each other out with the logistics of farming. Sinnar can get pretty hot, and the work is physically demanding, but it’s what we do. Our office is just a plain building on the plot. It isn't decorated or anything. We spend more time looking at crops and talking to the growers than we do sitting behind desks. Sometimes the water is scarce and we have to figure out how to manage, which is a common story in this part of Maharashtra. We don't have any fancy brochures. People around here know us because we live in the same area. We started this producer company because we wanted a way to work together instead of everyone just doing their own thing.
