Our setup is a bit unique because we are located right inside the Videocon Main Factory Compound on Sahakar Sabhgrah Road. It’s a massive area, and there is always a lot of movement—trucks coming in, workers heading out, and the general hum of a big industrial site. Being tucked away in Damodhar within that compound means we are right in the thick of the action. It isn’t the kind of place you come for a quiet cup of tea. It’s loud, it’s industrial, and it’s exactly where we need to be. We handle various tasks that keep us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes the dust from the factory gets everywhere, and we are constantly wiping down our desks, but you get used to it. The road outside, Sahakar Sabhgrah, is always packed, especially during shift changes. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, you’ll just find one of us looking at a spreadsheet or talking on a mobile while trying to find a misplaced tool. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We don't spend money on decor because that doesn't help us do our jobs better. We just focus on the tasks at hand and making sure our part of the operation keeps running smoothly. It’s hard work, but being in a place like this keeps you sharp. You learn a lot about how things actually get made when you're this close to the source.
