Vishwa Systems Pvt. Ltd. is located at W-155 in the Ambad M.I.D.C. area. It’s a standard industrial plot with a fair amount of space for our operations. We work on various systems, which usually means a mix of technical assembly and testing. It isn't a fancy office building by any means. It’s a functional space with metal roofing and a lot of industrial equipment sitting around. The mezzanine floor is where the desks are, and it’s always a bit dusty because of the activity on the main floor. Ambad can get very hot, so we have some noisy coolers that we run all day long. We don't have a corporate cafeteria. Most of us just bring lunch from home or go to the small food stalls nearby. Our team is small and we’ve mostly been together for years. There’s no HR department or formal meetings. We just figure out what needs to be done each morning and get to it. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Most people know we are at W-155 if they need technical work done. It’s a very practical environment. We have some heavy tools and testing rigs that take up most of the room. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where we get our work done. We’ve been here for a while and don't have any plans to change how we do things or move.
