Vickys Salon

Vickys Salon is at Shop No.5 in the Mangal Deep Apartment building. We are located on the Ambad Link Road, right across from the Ganesh Mandir. It’s a good location because it’s a mix of residential buildings and the industrial side of Ambad. We get all kinds of people in here. Some are families living in the apartments and others are people working in the nearby units. The shop itself is pretty straightforward. We have a few chairs and we do hair cutting and some basic grooming. It’s not a big place, but it’s comfortable enough for what it is. We have a view of the temple from our front door, which is nice. Usually, it’s quiet in the mornings, but it picks up in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We don't do any fancy marketing. We just have a small board outside. Most people find us because they live nearby or they see us when they go to the temple. We’ve been here for a few years now. The fan on the ceiling wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. We just focus on giving a normal haircut without any fuss. It’s a friendly shop. We know most of our neighbors by now. If you're near Mangal Deep, just stop in. We are usually here until late at night.
