Our home is at A-122 in the STICE area of Musalgaon, not too far from Sinnar. Being in an industrial zone means there is a lot of noise from trucks and the neighbors all day long. We handle power equipment and also work with agrofood products, so the day stays pretty busy for everyone. You won't find any fancy glass walls or plush carpets here. It is just a basic, practical space where the work gets done. Sometimes the Nashik sun really beats down on the tin roofs, making us stop for water more often than we’d like. Our small team mostly lives nearby, and many of us have been in this line of work for years. We don't go in for big talk; we just look at the orders and move whatever needs moving. There is usually some dust from the grain on the floor, and a ledger is always sitting open on the desk waiting for notes. It gets a bit crowded when a new shipment arrives, but we always manage to find a spot. Local farmers from the villages around here have been coming to us for a long time. They drop by, we talk about the weather, and then it is back to the machines or the food bags. This is just our regular life, doing the simple work that keeps the business going from one morning to the next.
