We are set up in Adhinath Apartments, specifically at Plot No. 516/2 in Balvant Nagar, right here in Satpur Colony. It’s a small shop but we pack a lot into it. Mostly we spend our time looking at screens and trying to figure out why some piece of hardware stopped working. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, except for the hum of the fans and the occasional person stopping by with a broken laptop. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we know most of the neighbors. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have a big front desk or anyone in a suit waiting to talk to you. You just walk in and tell us what’s wrong with your tech. Most days involve a lot of troubleshooting and waiting for software to update. We try to be quick because we know people need their stuff back for work or school. There’s always cables lying around and parts waiting to be installed. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't use a lot of big words to explain things. If a part is broken, we tell you it’s broken and see if it can be fixed. It’s just how we run things in Satpur. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair that’s being tricky. It’s just part of the job and we’re used to it by now. The tea stall nearby is where we usually end up during our afternoon breaks.
