Our place, Techdarshak Software Llp, is situated at PN 3 SN 31/2 in Chanakya Nagar. That’s in the Kamatwada area of Nashik. It is a quiet enough spot, which helps when you need to concentrate on writing code. Nashik has a different pace than the bigger cities, and we quite like that. We have been working out of this office for a while now. It’s just a standard setup with desks and chairs and a lot of wires running everywhere. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If the door is open, you can just walk in. Most of the time, we are busy with various software projects. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours, and other times things just click. We don’t go in for any of that corporate talk about visions or missions. We just want to provide a decent service to the people who need software help in the 422008 area. The neighbors are nice, and there are a few good places to eat nearby. We usually just bring our own lunch or go out for a quick bite. It’s a very grounded way of running a business. We are just a few people in Nashik who happen to be good with computers. That’s about all there is to it. No fluff, just work.
