You can find us at Saidham Society in the Ekta Nagar area of Nashik. We are in flat number three. It’s a regular residential society, which makes the work environment feel quite relaxed. Borgad is a bit away from the main city rush, so it’s actually a nice place to sit and concentrate. We started Tdd Technologies because we wanted a space where we could just focus on the work itself. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who know us. The office is basically just one big room with desks lined up against the walls. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, which is probably the most important part of our day. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a movie about startups. There are no bean bags or ping-pong tables here. Just hard work and a lot of talking things through. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very local operation. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do right by the people we work with. It's a simple life and we like the pace of things in Mhasarul.
