Swasangharsh Organic Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Aghar Bk. We are located at Mr. Bhamre’s house, which is number 240/1 near Rawalgaonphata. It is a rural area, and that is where most of our work happens. We are a producer company, so we spend a lot of time talking to local farmers and figuring things out together. Our office is not anything special. It is just a room in the house where we keep our records and meet up. We have been here for a while. Being near Rawalgaonphata makes it easier for people to find us when they come off the main road. We do not have a marketing department or a fancy website team. We just write things down and try to keep everything organized as best as we can. The atmosphere here is very practical. We talk about crops, the weather, and the daily struggles of farming. It is not a polished business environment at all. There is usually some dust on the folders and tea being served to whoever drops by. We are just a group of people trying to work together. Mr. Bhamre has been kind enough to let us use this space for the company. It is a local effort through and through. We do not use big words to explain ourselves. We are just farmers and workers doing our best in Aghar Bk. That is the long and short of it. No frills, just honest work.
