We operate out of the Shyam Castle Bungalow. It’s located in the Brahama Giri Society on Jail Road, over in the Nasik Road area. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a business like ours, being in a residential society, but it works for us. Superb Minerals India has been here for a while. We aren’t in a high-rise building or a noisy factory. It’s a bungalow, so it feels a bit more like a home than an office. We have desks set up in the rooms and we store some of our stuff in the back. Jail Road is a well-known part of Nasik Road, so people don’t have much trouble finding us. We handle minerals, which is interesting work if you like that sort of thing. It’s mostly about coordinating where things need to go. We don’t have a fancy reception or a sign with neon lights. Usually, the gate is open and you can just walk in. The garden in the society is nice to look at when we need a break. We’re just a small team, and we’ve known each other a long time. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get busy when big shipments are coming through. We don’t bother with corporate talk. We just sit at our desks, do the work, and go home to our families. It is a quiet way to run a company.
