Graphite India Limited

Our place is at No. 88 in the MIDC area over in Satpur. Graphite India Limited has been sitting here in this industrial zone for some time now. It’s a pretty standard setup like most of the other units around here. Usually, the day starts early before the heat really kicks in. We have a lot of stuff going on with the graphite materials and it keeps everyone busy from morning until we head home. The MIDC Satpur area is always full of trucks and people moving things back and forth. You get used to the sound of the machines after a few days. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a factory where people work hard. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or a shipment is late, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is not always perfect, but the work gets done. Most of the staff live nearby so we see each other around the neighborhood too. We don't really do big meetings or fancy presentations here. We just look at what needs to be made and then we make it. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a functional space for the tools and the materials we use. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, but our routine stays mostly the same. We just keep moving forward one day at a time without making a big fuss about the whole thing.
