You can find us on the ground floor of Palika Market, specifically at shop number 60. This is on the Sharanpur Link Road, which most people know is right behind the railway reservation office near Canada Corner. It’s a very central part of Nashik. Being in the market means there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve got a lot of foot traffic from people who are already at the railway office and decide to pop in and ask us something. Our office is practical. We have chairs for people to sit, a few desks, and computers that we use all day long. It gets a bit dusty because of the road work and the wind, but that’s just how it is in this area. We aren't a big fancy company with a lobby. We are just a few people who know a lot about travel. Often, we are juggling three things at once—taking a call, checking a price, and talking to someone who just walked in. It can be a bit chaotic during the holiday seasons. We’ve been in Sharanpur for a while now and we like being in the middle of everything. It makes it easier for people to reach us after they finish their other errands in the city. We don't have all the answers immediately, but we always look them up. It is just how we run the place. We are usually here until late evening.
