We're located in the Dondani Plaza Apartment, specifically in shops 12 and 13. It’s on Jail Road in the Nashik Road part of town. If you know where the BMS Supermarket or the Thorat Petrol Pump is, then you've basically found us. We’ve been here for a while, just doing our thing with tours and travel. The office isn't anything special, just a couple of shops we joined together to have more space for the desks and files. Jail Road is a lively place, so there's always something going on outside. We mostly help people plan their trips or sort out tickets. It's a lot of back-and-forth on the phone. We don't have a big corporate office or a lot of fancy furniture. We just use what we have and keep the place running. Sometimes it gets a little cluttered with all the travel brochures and logs, but we know where everything is. It’s just a few of us working here. We like being near the petrol pump because it's a good landmark for people coming from other parts of Nashik. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just try to help out whoever walks through the door. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We usually close up once the sun goes down and the traffic thins out.
