Saroj Travels

If you’re ever near the Mumbai Naka area, you know how hectic it gets. We are right in the Shree Sankul Building, which is basically across from the Mahamarg taxi stand. It’s a noisy part of Nashik, but it's where everything happens. We have the Sandeep Hotel across from us too, so there is always a smell of food in the air during lunch. People find us because we’re close to the Kalika Mandir, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Our office is a simple setup. We spend most of the day dealing with people who are heading out of town or coming back from long trips. There are always keys on the table and phones ringing. It’s not a quiet place, but we like the energy. Being near the taxi stand means we see a lot of travelers every day. Some are in a hurry, others just want to sit and rest for a minute before they move on. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep working through it. It’s part of running a small business in this part of town. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the taxi drivers by name. It’s just a regular local spot where work gets done. It can be stressful when traffic is bad, but that is Nashik for you. Anyway, that is how things usually are around here.
