Being a private limited company sounds formal, but we are pretty relaxed here. We usually have some tea and talk about the plan for the day before we start. There’s a lot of technical stuff to keep track of, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s second nature now. Pathardi Fata is a busy part of the region, so there is always something going on outside. Inside, we just focus on the screens. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. We just do the work and let that speak for us. It’s a small team, and we all know what our jobs are. We’ve been at this for a while and plan to stay here for much longer. We just keep the computers running and the coffee hot while we handle the daily technical chores.
