We operate out of Flat No 2 in Shubham Appartment. It’s right in Indira Nagar, right across from the Mahela Bank. It’s more of a home-office feel than a big retail store. We focus on mobile solutions, which covers a lot of different things depending on what people need. Some folks come by because their phone screen is smashed, others need help with their software or accounts. Being in an apartment building means it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, but the bank across the way makes it easy to give directions. We have our tools set up and a few chairs for people to wait. Indira Nagar is a nice area to be in. We started this because we saw everyone struggling with their phones and realized we could help. We aren't some big chain, just a local operation. We keep things pretty informal. If you have a problem with your mobile, you can just bring it by. We’ll take a look and see what can be done. It’s just us here, working through the daily pile of repairs and questions. It’s a good way to make a living and we get to meet a lot of people from around the neighborhood. Working from Shubham Appartment is nice because it feels personal. You have to buzz the door or just come up. It lets us focus on work without distractions. The Mahela Bank is a very busy place, so there's always movement.
