We are located over at Plot No C-11/33 in the Satpur MIDC area. If you know the Nice area, you know it’s mostly factories and workshops. It’s loud here with the sound of machines running all day long. We have a big gate and a yard where we keep some of the heavier equipment. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with all the different sections we’ve set up over the years. We do a lot of technical work, mostly involving parts and assembly. It’s a dusty place because of all the industrial activity nearby. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us for a long time. They know the machines better than I do sometimes. We eat our lunch together in the small room near the back. Usually, there’s some talk about cricket or the weather. Satpur is a tough place to work in the summer, but we’ve got some big fans blowing. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. People find us because they need something specific built or fixed. We’ve got scraps of metal and blueprints spread across the tables. It looks messy to an outsider, but it’s our system. We just keep our heads down and get the orders finished. It's a lot of manual labor and figuring things out. We start early most mornings and stay until the job is actually done for the day.
