Shrikant Salons

We’ve been here at Shrikant Salons on Motivani Road for a long time now. It’s right in the Nashik Road area, specifically in Gandharv Nagar. People around here know the spot. It isn’t anything fancy, just some chairs and mirrors where we do our work every day. Usually, the morning starts with sweeping the floor and getting the towels ready. Nashik gets pretty warm, so the fan is always running. We see a lot of the same faces every week. Some guys come in just to get a quick trim before work, and others sit around and talk for a bit while they wait. We’ve got the usual stuff, scissors, combs, and some old spray bottles that have seen better days. The shop isn’t huge, but it fits what we need. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a short break. It’s a simple life on Motivani Road. We don’t have big signs or anything. Just the name on the front and the door is usually open. If you live near Gandharv Nagar, you probably passed us many times. We just keep things moving, one haircut after another. There is always hair on the floor by noon, and we clean it up and start again. That’s how it goes here. It’s just us doing what we know how to do for the people in this part of Nashik.
